Job Summary Our client based in Johannesburg is looking at expanding their team and looking for an energetic Digital Campaign Performance Specialist . You will be joining the business at an exciting period of growth and transition and support its customers with general queries and complaints. The Digital Campaign Performance Specialist is responsible for analysing, optimising, and maximizing the performance of paid digital marketing campaigns, ensuring high return on investment (ROI) in line with campaign deliverables. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices, the Digital Campaign Performance Specialist drives the success of digital marketing initiatives and ensures high conversions of users to site and successful subscriptions. BSc/BA Marketing, Business or Information Technology Relevant application certification 5 Yearsxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2 experience as a digital campaign performance specialist, delivering strategies, optimizing campaigns, and returning high ROI in line with campaign deliverables. With specific experience within : Google Ad Manager PPC, Keyword, GDN, YouTube video, targeting, retargeting and configuring Facebook advertising, targeting, configuration Budget management Campaign optimisaiton Digital Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators for digital marketing campaigns, such as click-through rates (CTR), engagement, conversion rates, , and return on ad spend. Identify trends, patterns, risks and areas for improvement based on campaign data and performance metrics Present insights and recommendations to leadership team on performance and strategy. Proactively escalate risk to Managing Executive Collaborate with marketing teams to set campaign objectives, targets, and performance benchmarks. Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with recommendations to optimise campaign performance, spend, conversions and enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Conduct testing to evaluate different campaign elements and identify winning variations. Delivering Strategies: Work closely with cross-functional teams like technical, development and marketing to develop and implement paid digital marketing strategies aligned with campaign objectives. Identify target audience segments, channels, and messaging strategies to maximize campaign reach and impact. Collaborate with marketing, creative team or suppliers to develop compelling and engaging campaign assets. Implement best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Review all campaign performance and advise on where to decrease and increase Optimizing Campaigns: Utilize digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads, to optimise campaign performance Conduct keyword research, ad copy optimisation, and bid management to improve search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns Implement audience targeting, ad scheduling, and budget optimisation techniques for display and social media advertising Optimise landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and user experience Implement tracking and attribution methodologies to measure the impact of different marketing channels and touchpoints Provide assistance and insights for platforms and brands optimisation with the Group. Returning High ROI in Line with Campaign Deliverables: Establish campaign goals and ROI targets in collaboration with stakeholders. Accountable for campaign budget utilisation and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Conduct regular cost analysis and cost-saving initiatives to improve campaign efficiency. Provide regular reports and performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting ROI achievements and areas for improvement. Collaborate with finance teams to analyse campaign costs and revenue attribution.
