We are looking for a proactive, organised and creative Digital & Brand Co-Ordinator to support the planning, execution and management of digital and brand campaigns across multiple clients and industries within a fast-paced agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple accounts at the same time, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys building digital platforms, engaged communities and new channels.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of digital and brand strategies across multiple clients and industries
Co-ordinate and manage social media content calendars for various brands simultaneously
Contribute creative social media concepts and content ideas aligned to brand and campaign objectives
Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, messages and reviews
Assist with the launch, management and growth of new social media channels and digital platforms
Set up, manage and optimise paid media amplification to support campaign and content performance
Monitor performance, analyse results and compile reports with actionable insights
Ensure accuracy, quality control and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, strategists and account managers to meet deadlines
2-3 years' experience in a digital, social or brand role within an agency or fast-paced environment
Proven experience managing multiple clients or brands concurrently
Hands-on experience with social media management, content planning and paid media amplification
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Creative thinker with a passion for growing digital platforms and online communities
Solid understanding of digital platforms, trends and performance metrics
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or Advertising
Short courses or certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media or Platform Management are advantageous
Platform-specific training (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.) is beneficial
