Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Advertising Department. The ideal candidate will excel in using various digital tools, including Photoshop and AI image generators, to craft engaging and innovative advertisements for a range of platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and Development: Utilize Photoshop and AI image generators for creating visually captivating advertisements, including digital banners, social media posts, and pamphlets. 2. Social Media Management: Develop and manage advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, including content creation, engagement monitoring, and strategy optimization. 3. Content Creation: Design a broad spectrum of advertising materials, both digital and print, maintaining brand consistency and message clarity. 4. Collaboration: Work in tandem with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives, ensuring cohesive brand messaging. 5. Innovation and Research: Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising and graphic design, particularly in AI image generation, to maintain cutting-edge advertising strategies. 6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor advertising campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and knowledge of AI image generation tools. - Experience in social media management and digital advertising campaign development. - Strong creative skills and attention to detail in graphic design. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. - Preferred: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
