Job Description


We're seeking a motivated and data-driven Digital Advertising Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. If you have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for optimizing Google Ads campaigns, and a deep understanding of buyer psychology, we want to hear from you.

As a Digital Advertising Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online advertising efforts to drive targeted traffic, maximize ROI, and improve overall campaign performance. You have the ability to fully manage a Google ads campaign, including keyword research, bid strategy selection, ad creation, and developing ideas and plans to grow ad accounts over time. You possess an understanding of buyer psychology and persuasion and use that to diagnose and repair landing page problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Google Ads Management:

  • Conducting thorough keyword research to identify high-potential search terms.
  • Creating and managing Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and ad copies.
  • Monitoring daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
  • Implementing A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to optimize conversions.
2. Landing Page Optimization:
  • Using buyer psychology and persuasion techniques to diagnose and repair landing page issues that may impact conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with the web development team to implement necessary changes and improvements.
  • Continuously tracking and analyzing landing page performance metrics.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collecting and analyzing data from various digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Strategy Development:
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
5. Budget Management:
  • Effectively managing advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Providing recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance data.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid strategy, and ad creation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of buyer psychology and conversion rate optimization principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Ads certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, or advertising is a plus.
