Diesel Technician Pinetown
Are you a skilled Diesel Technician looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Pinetown workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on diesel vehicles.
- Accurately record work hours, parts used, and job details on job cards.
- Attend breakdowns and provide professional customer service on-site.
- Ensure all work meets company standards and safety regulations.
- Support and mentor apprentices, promoting skills development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Communicate relevant updates to the Workshop Manager.
- Diesel Trade Test Certification (Essential)
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Code 14 Drivers License with PDP
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Physically fit and able to handle workshop demands
