Job Description
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for their client based in the Northern Cape.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel-powered equipment in a variety of industries.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on diesel-powered equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Replace faulty parts as needed
- Ensure efficient operation of machinery to minimize downtime
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Grade 12
- Trade Test (Diesel Mechanic trade)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Pitviper 271 & Pitviper 271D RCS
- Epiroc D65 RC
- Sandvik DR580 & Sandvik DR560
- Sandvik Leopards DI650i
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of two (2) years operational Diesel Mechanic experience post qualifying as artisan
- Minimum of two (2) years operational Earth Moving Equipment experience
- Salary negotiable
