Diesel Mechanic
Job Description
We are Usangu Logistics, a cross-border transportation company based in Midrand.
We are looking for a temporary mechanic, who is willing to work part-time for us, to assist the current workshop team.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Have a qualification related to diesel mechanics (N3 or Higher)
Should be trade tested
Have at least 2-3 years working as a qualified mechanic or apprentice
Have experience working on heavy duty trucks (not cars)
Ideally come from a logistics background
Be physically fit and able to work for long periods of time, without becoming tired
Should be legally allowed to work in South Africa
Reside within 10 KM of President Park
The mechanic will be responsible for assisting with minor and major repairs on fleet vehicles
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks
Pay: R2500,00 - R3000,00 per week
