Job Description
Generator repairs, services and maintenance. Competence in repairing generator engine components Carrying out routine service on the engine, including oil and filter changes. Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Understanding of a safe work environment Write detailed inspection reports and repair plans Practice housekeeping and a safe work environment Capability of working as a team and as an individual
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12. Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate Minimum 3 years' experience working on generator.Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes:
Ability to solve problems Good fault finding Basic electrical skills Ability to work independently and as a collective Ability to work under pressure and influence effectively Basic computer skills ASE Diesel certification advantageous Valid driver's license (C1)

Pay: From R15000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Diesel mechanic on Generators: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Code c1 (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
75% (Preferred)
