This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, can prioritize on the fly, and enjoys variety in their work no two days are the same.Location: Montana, Wonderboom Airport
Salary: R11 000 per month
Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 07:00 17:00Friday: 07:00 16:00Every 2nd Saturday: 07:00 14:00 (paid)
Standby Duty: Every second week 24/7 phone responsibility, with compensationKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for all client and internal calls.Process and respond to incoming emails promptly and accurately.Prioritize incoming jobs based on urgency and type (emergency response or insurance-related).Handle emergency service calls with empathy and swift action.Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch vehicles/teams to job sites.Communicate clearly with technical teams like plumbers and tradesmen.Familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage, MS Office (Windows/Mac) is a plus.Ensure high service standards and proper call etiquette.Remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple demands with ease.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in service coordination, logistics, or client service.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written & spoken).Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tasks to technicians clearly.Basic computer literacy and email handling proficiency.Technically inclined or experience working with tradesmen is advantageous.Willingness to take standby phone home every second week and respond to calls 24/7 during that period.What We Offer:A non-repetitive, fast-paced work environment.A service-focused team that thrives under pressure.Compensation for standby work.Career growth in a fast-moving logistics and service setting.Is this your next role?
