Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure:

data centers, networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies



Solid grasp of Enterprise Architecture principles



Familiarity with ITIL frameworks



Background in enterprise consultancy



Ability to adapt to various project tasks and dynamic environments



Understanding of IT monitoring and event management concepts



Experience working with enterprise-grade tools and processes (beneficial)



High ethical standards and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain Open Telemetry standard components (e.g., endpoints, collectors)



Deploy and support master automation solutions into standard IT service automation tools (e.g., Rundeck)



Provide consulting and support to teams using automation tools and frameworks



Define and refine user stories related to IT monitoring and automation



Design, develop, and continuously enhance automation and monitoring solutions based on requirements



Define and provision cloud infrastructure using JSON/YAML and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools



Conduct testing for new features and improvements to automation and monitoring solutions



Manage feature releases and updates



Create and maintain all necessary documentation, including operations manuals, security protocols, and test plans



Relevant IT qualification and/or certifications, or equivalent years of experience



Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions



Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms and IT service automation



Minimum 5 years' experience working in IT and DevOps environments
