You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, actuaries, and data scientists to optimise infrastructure performance, support continuous integration/deployment pipelines, and drive a cloud-native strategy that is as reliable as it is resilient.
Role Summary
This role is responsible for designing, securing, automating, and maintaining Dis-Chem Life's cloud infrastructure to enable rapid, reliable, and scalable software delivery. The DevOps Cloud Engineer will lead the implementation of cloud-native architectures across AWS, manage CI/CD pipelines, and drive infrastructure-as-code practices that underpin the resilience and efficiency of our technology operations.
To succeed, you must be highly proficient in cloud engineering, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation (Terraform or equivalent).
You will take full ownership of environment stability, cost management, deployment reliability, and production monitoring ensuring our systems perform at enterprise scale while enabling agility and innovation.
This role demands a technically strong, self-driven engineer with deep DevOps experience and the ability to collaborate across engineering, data, and product teams.
