Manage virtual environments, including VMWare and ProxMox
Identify opportunities for automation to remove repetitive and error-prone tasks
Ensure maximum uptime through continuous monitoring of critical services
Collaborate with the software development team to meet their infrastructure requirements
Manage the configuration of development platforms
Assist in managing the DevOps lifecycle, from local devices to production
Collaborate with software development teams on infrastructure requirements for new features and services
Produce design and systems documentation
Develop and improve operational practices and procedures
Continuously optimize and improve existing processes, systems, and infrastructure

Requirements:
Engineering/B.Sc. Computer Science or 3-year diploma (including Information Systems) from a recognized institution
Minimum 2+ years of experience in DevOps
Excellent knowledge of System Administration in Linux
Experience with automation/integration tools like Jenkins
Proficiency in developing Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines
Hands-on knowledge of software containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm
Experience with container deployment and management tools like Nomad
