Job Description
Role Overview:
As the DevOps and CloudOps Engineer, you will:
- Manage and maintain the Azure cloud environment
- Oversee and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines, source control, and release management
- Collaborate with Developers to deploy builds and run automated testing
- Drive automation and continuous integration/delivery best practices
- Lead with a solutions-focused mindset and contribute to improving infrastructure reliability and security
- 35 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including source control and release management
- Proficiency in managing Azure CI/CD pipelines
- Solid technical experience with the Microsoft Azure platform (35 years)
- Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS SQL and Transact-SQL
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Tertiary qualification, National Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer certification
- Experience integrating software applications and services
- Exposure to web services, SOAP, EDIFACT, and RESTful APIs
- Background in international supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
