Duties & Responsibilities
Connected Drive Alert Monitoring: Monitor Connected Drive Alert devices within the Optix Connect platform.
Escalation and Coordination: Escalate concerns to the Optix Logistics department for maintenance call-outs, etc.
Active Fleet Monitoring: Monitor the client fleet in Optix Connect, create daily health check reports, and analyze device health issues.
Device Event Analysis: Review device event history, identify and flag potential issues.
Communication and Reporting: Provide updates, reports, and liaise with Customer Success Managers, logistics team and Key Account Managers.
General Administrative Support: Assist in Woodstock Control Tower administrative tasks, including drafting SOPs, providing training to new controllers, and other administrative duties assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
Continues training across departments.
Maintaining System Data
Fleet Device Health Metric: Maintain a 95% fleet device health metric.
Turnaround Time: Ensure prompt logistics intervention/maintenance.
* Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely reports to Optix Customer Success Managers and Key Account Managers.
