A leading custom joinery studio based in Cape Town is on the lookout for a talented Development Sales & Design Consultant to join their growing team. What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of project quotations and tenders, ensuring all technical and design elements are considered.
• Leading post-tender meetings with developers, contractors, and stakeholders to align on scope, specifications, and execution.
• Preparing detailed shop drawings for client approval with precision and an eye for buildability.
• Creating full production packs: drawings, specs, timelines - everything needed to bring the design to life.
• Acting as the bridge between design, production, installation, and the client. You'll be the one making sure all moving parts work in sync.
• Answering questions, solving problems, and guiding the client through each stage of the journey.
• Managing several projects at once while upholding deadlines and quality standards.
• Using design software like Winner and IMOS to ensure efficiency and accuracy in your work.
• Supporting process improvements and contributing to a more streamlined production workflow.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the joinery, kitchen, or interior fit-out industry.
• Proficient in Winner, IMOS, CAD, or similar design and drawing tools.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills - details matter.
• A confident communicator who can build trust with clients and collaborate across departments.
• Able to juggle multiple deadlines and still deliver with excellence.
• Solutions-driven with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about great design and execution.
