Destination Specialist
to join our Sales team and help adventurers, volunteers, and socially conscious travellers embark on impactful journeys across Africa.
About the Role
As a Destination Specialist, you'll guide individuals through every step of their African Impact journey - from their first enquiry to booking - ensuring they feel supported, inspired, and confident in choosing us. You'll balance hitting sales targets with living out our ethos: uplifting others, acting with integrity, and contributing to a positive, purpose-driven team culture.
What You'll Do
Engage with leads via calls, video chats, emails, and live chat
Achieve and exceed monthly booking and revenue goals
Provide empathetic, personalised guidance to every traveller
Build long-lasting relationships that encourage referrals and repeat bookings
Keep our CRM updated with accurate and timely communication records
Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights and best practices
Stay up to date on our portfolio of meaningful programmes, ensuring every booking aligns with African Impact's mission of sustainable change
What We're Looking For
Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting targets
Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
Organised, disciplined, and resilient under pressure
A self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a team environment
Tech-savvy, with confidence in CRM systems and online communication platforms
