We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused

Desktop Support Technician

to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end-users.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. Assist with user account management and access permissions. Support remote users and resolve connectivity issues. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
