- Provide on-site and remote desktop support (hardware and application)
- Managing deployment, installations and maintenance of new/existing desktops, laptops, mobile devices and software
- Preventative maintenance
- Documenting support processes
- Manage and support project implementation
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Tertiary Qualification - A+ , MCSE or a relevant IT National Diploma
- Min 5 years experience within a similar role - supporting Windows & MacBook
- Skilled with : desktop application support across multiple platforms (e.g. Oracle/SQL/.Net); Desktop OS; Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Knowledge of Browsers ( Edge, Chrome etc) as well as Cell phones and Mobile Devices across various brands
- Understanding of a Microsoft Server; Azure Cloud and Windows AD environments
- Knowledge of SMS/SCCM/Intune software deployments and packaging as well as ITIL Framework
- Must have a Valid Drivers Licence
