Job Description
Provide on-site and remotedesktopsupport (hardware and application)
Managing deployment, installations and maintenance of new/existingdesktops, laptops, mobile devices and software
Preventative maintenance
Documentingsupport processes
Manage and support project implementation
Grade 12 / Matric
Tertiary Qualification - A+ , MCSE or a relevant IT National Diploma
Min 5 years experience within a similar role - supporting Windows & MacBook
Skilled with :
desktopapplication support across multiple platforms (e.g. Oracle/SQL/.Net); Desktop OS;Windows 7 and Windows 10Knowledge of Browsers ( Edge, Chrome etc) as well asCell phones and Mobile Devices across various brands
Understanding of a Microsoft Server; Azure Cloud and Windows AD environments
Knowledge of SMS/SCCM/Intune software deployments and packaging as well as ITIL Framework
Must have aValid Driver's Licence
Between 3 - 5 Years
