Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Desktop Support IT Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience providing desktop and end-user support across hardware, software, and networking environments. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining equipment, and supporting users both in person and remotely.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a desktop or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
