Responsible for creating cohesive visual content and managing the company's social media presence. This includes designing marketing and digital materials, producing engaging strategy?aligned posts, and overseeing social platforms to strengthen brand identity, increase awareness, boost engagement, and support lead generation.
The successful person will provide a full assistant service support to the CEO, Financial Manager and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Develop digital and print materials, including social media assets, website graphics, brochures, catalogues, and presentations.
Deliver key print projects such as company profiles and product catalogues.
Ensure all visual output aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Edit and optimise images, videos, and related media.
Maintain awareness of current design trends and tools.
Social Media
Implement and manage the company's social media strategy across core platforms.
Create and schedule professional, on?brand content.
Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries promptly.
Track performance metrics and refine content for improved results (Meta experience advantageous).
Identify influencer and partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Experience
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating content - With a strong portfolio to show.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design software.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Experience
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2 Years proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
