About the roleYoco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Operations Lead to join our Product Operations team. This role is crucial in driving design programs and enabling our design function to reach new heights. What you will be doingDrive Design Programs:Collaborate with design leadership to define, plan, and execute strategic design programs.Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.Enablement for Design Function:Develop and implement processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the design team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tools and resources that empower the design function.Collaboration and Communication:Foster a culture of collaboration between design and other cross-functional teams.Develop and maintain communication channels to ensure clear and effective information flow.Metrics and Reporting:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and efficiency of design operations.Provide regular reports on design initiatives and their outcomes.Team Development:Mentor and guide junior members of the design operations team.Contribute to the professional development of design team members. About youBachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Design, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in design operations or a related role.Proven track record of driving and managing design programs.Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience implementing design processes and tools that enhance team efficiency.Familiarity with design tools and technologies.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.The People Wexe2x80x99re Looking ForWexe2x80x99re looking for people who want to grow.
