Are you a strategic thinker with a strong background in leadership and business operations within the healthcare sector? Our client, a private facility in Cape Town is seeking a skilled Deputy Hospital Manager to join their senior management team.
Requirements:
A post-graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Health Sciences, or a relevant business qualification
Completion of the Hospital Manager Development Programme (advantageous)
Proven leadership experience and general business management expertise, including financial and business planning, in a healthcare setting
Sound knowledge of the private healthcare sector, industry legislation, and role players
Computer literate
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel nationally as needed
