What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:





We are searching for an experienced, forward-thinking education leader who brings:


A

proven track record in education leadership

, preferably in the independent school sector. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire both staff and learners. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills. A highly

organized, energetic, and results-driven

approach. Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities. Knowledge of

21st Century teaching methodologies

, global academic trends, and ICT integration (advantageous).




Key Responsibilities



As Deputy Head, you will:


+ Partner with the Campus Head to implement the school's vision and strategic plan.
+ Provide professional leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and operations.
+ Oversee the day-to-day management of the High School.
+ Be an active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to leadership and governance.
+ Engage and communicate effectively with parents on curriculum, policy, and school matters.
+ Assist in the recruitment, appraisal, and professional growth of staff.
+ Drive innovation in teaching practices to align with global and digital learning trends.
