Job Description
To plan, lead and direct the Parks, Leisure, agriculture, natural resources, biodiversity conservation,
special services and Cemeteries functions/ Division and direct & manage all aspects of provision of
service including consulting, interacting, negotiating, elaborating and explaining key development
issues, decisions and applications to improve understanding and ensure that the residents of the city
have access to the basic services and their standards of living are improved.
