My client, a group of companies that specializes in Agriculture has a position available for a Depot Manager in Marquard, Free State.The ideal candidate will have 5 years working experience as a Silo bag Depot Manager.Job description:The main focus of this role will be to manage the daily operational efficiency of the depot, ensure the plant, equipment and facilities are maintained in a safe working environment. Theposition is based in Marquard, Free StateRequirements:Basic Qualification: Agricultural Tertiary qualificationCertification:-Fumigation-Grading of maize, soya, sunflower and wheat.-Health and Safety accreditation.Work Experience required:5 years of experience as a silo bag depot manager.Strong operational background, agile individual with the ability to multitask.Likeable / relatable person with excellent staff management skillsPreventative maintenance and efficiency mind-set in an agricultural environment.Take control of ground preparation, bags layout and measurement.Solid administration skills with regular reporting to head officeGood planning and problem-solving skills, a self-managed individual.Understand risks in the Agri-environment, with a focus on Maize, Soya, Sunflower and Wheathttps://helderbergpersonnel.co.za/current-positions/
