Requirements



Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification, a relevant B.Tech/

B Degree would be advantageous



8 years relevant experience Computer literacy (MS Office) Proven supervisory skills A valid Code 08 driver's licence.

Key Performance Areas



Depot and Worksite Management: Co-ordinates tasks /

activities associated with the implementation of procedures,



including monitoring and reporting.



Resource Planning and Control: Plans prioritises and

schedules Project, Maintenance and Refurbishment work



for the Portfolio.



Monitors and evaluates progress with regards to repair,

construction, installation and maintenance type work for



the Portfolio.



Financial Management: Developing and managing

comprehensive budgets aligned with the Departments



goals and objectives.



Supervision and Control: Co-ordinates and controls tasks/

activities associated with controlling Personnel Performance



and productivity.



Tender and Contract Management: Management and

Administration of contracts, tenders and Service Level



Agreements, including performing BSC and BEC functions.



Performs specific administrative tasks/ activities associated

with the updating and maintaining records / information



related to the activities/ operations, including Project and



Refurbishment work within the Portfolio.



Assuming responsibility for the management of all immovable

and movable assets within area of control of the Portfolio.
