Requirements
- Relevant B Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or
- 8 years or more relevant experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Proven supervisory skills
- A valid driver's licence
- Depot and Worksite Management: Co-ordinate
procedures, including monitoring and reporting
- Resource Planning and Control: Plan, prioritise and schedule
- Monitor and evaluate progress with regards to repair,
Portfolio
- Financial Management: Develop and manage comprehensive
- Supervision and Control: Co-ordinate and control
Performance and productivity
- Tender and Contract Management: Management and
Agreements, including performing BSC and BEC functions
- Perform specific administrative tasks/activities associated with
the activities/operations, including Project and Refurbishment
work within the Portfolio
- Assume responsibility for the management of all immovable
