The incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:
Financial administration is not limited to processing journal transfers, advances, claims, and requisitions.
Invoicing of clients and reconciliation of debtors' age analysis,
Preparation of monthly financial statements,
Providing financial management support to the TuksSport department
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:
============================
National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related qualification, should have accounting as a module
3 years of experience in Financial Administration
1 year of experience with Sage Pastel
Relevant principles and procedures
Proficient knowledge of IFRS
Proficient knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT)
Proficient in data capturing
Proficient technical competency of Sage Pastel
Proficient technical competency of ERP Finance Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Telephone & communication skills (English)
Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe & Internet, and e-mail
