Digicom Technology Solutions (DTS), headquartered in the USA, is looking for Dental Patient Advocate to work remotely full time from your home office. We are hiring on behalf of our client, Santa Rosa Dental in Santa Rosa, CA. Once hired, you will be employed by Smile Rejuvenation Implant Center directly and receive payroll and benefits directly from them.


This role will require a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to educate patients on dental options and closing skills to book consultation appointments. The Patient Advocate is responsible for ensuring that patients looking for dental treatment understand their options and receive the highest quality care. To qualify for consideration, candidates will possess confidence, emotional intelligence, credibility, high integrity, and excellent work ethic.

Core Job Functions:



Communicate with potential patients primary via phone and email. Manage a follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have expressed interest in dental treatment. Identify where patients are in their dental care decision-making process. Follow up on patients who may have delayed scheduling an appointment for consultations. Immediately respond to potential patient leads throughout the day. Participate as needed in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation. Participate in online team meetings.

Required Role Proficiencies:



Strong communication skills and fluent in English. Excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and other team members. Self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward (manage KPIs). Maintain professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks. Positive outlook and a passion for patient care/dentistry. Can immediately build rapport, assess a patient's needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action. An outgoing and confident approach. Experience using CRM software.

Compensation & Benefits:



R25,000 - R30,000 per month or more depending in skills and experience. Competitive benefits package and bonus plan. * Thorough/Intensive training program.
