We're looking for a passionate, driven, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Experience & Sales Consultant

. In this role, you will be the face of the brand -- providing expert consultations, delivering exceptional customer service, generating qualified leads, and driving sales. You'll play a key role in guiding customers through their journey, from first interaction to fulfilled order, while earning commission on sales you help close.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver Expert Skin Consultations:

Conduct personalised one-on-one consultations (in-person or virtual) to assess client needs, educate on products, treatments, and routines, and provide tailored solutions.

Create Exceptional Customer Experiences:

Ensure every interaction is seamless and memorable -- from first contact to post-purchase follow-up.

Drive Lead Generation:

Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new prospects through consultations, events, activations, and community engagement.

Convert Consultations into Sales:

Present solutions with confidence, handle objections effectively, and close sales to meet and exceed personal and team targets. Earn competitive commission on all sales, rewarding high performance and results.

Manage Customer Service & Fulfilment:

Oversee orders from placement to delivery, resolving queries promptly and professionally.

Build Lasting Client Relationships:

Foster trust and loyalty to encourage repeat purchases, upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.

Maintain Product Expertise:

Stay at the forefront of product, ingredient, and industry knowledge to position yourself as a trusted advisor.

Track & Optimise Performance:

Monitor lead-to-sale conversion rates, identify growth opportunities, and share insights with the team.

Support Brand Growth:

Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotions; represent the brand at events, workshops, and educational activations.

Essential Requirements



Diploma in

Somatology/Aesthetics

or related skin-focused qualification (

essential

). Minimum 3 years' recent experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry. Proven track record in

consultative selling

and

achieving or exceeding sales targets

. Passion for educating clients on skin health and product efficacy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, customer-first approach. Highly organised with experience in CRM management, client record keeping, and follow-ups. Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools for CRM, and reporting. Proven proficiency with

Zendesk

or similar customer service software and an understanding of e-commerce platforms like

Shopify

, combined with a confident on-camera presence for professional virtual consultations.

Work Environment:
