Job Summary This well known premium wine estate in Paarl offers modern and contemporary lunch time cuisine and more formal intimate evening fine dining dinners. The main kitchen also produces tailor made dinners for 3 Private Villa's on the Wine Estate served by the Butlers and Sommeliers. ProStaffSelect are in search of a skilled & creative HOT SECTION DEMI CDP to take on immediate duties on this small team of 7 chefs. We are in search of passionate young chefs who demonstrate an energy and enthusiasm for the culinary arts. A positive work attitude, commitment and good organisational skills. Previous work experience within top FINE DINING establishments is preferred.
