Key Responsibilities:

Strategy: Devise and implement demand planning strategies to drive forecasting accuracy and attain optimal inventory levels.
Collaboration: Engage seamlessly with cross-functional teams, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, to incorporate pertinent data for refining demand forecasts.
Analytical Insight: Thoroughly analyse historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify potential risks and uncover strategic opportunities.
Team Oversight: Provide guidance and unwavering support to a dynamic team of demand planners, steering them toward the achievement of key performance indicators and departmental objectives.
Continuous Enhancement: Diligently oversee and enhance demand planning metrics, cultivate coordination with procurement for purchasing plans, and lead initiatives for process enhancements through adept utilization of technology.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain
Accumulated 10+ years of experience in demand planning, with a minimum of 5 in Senior Leadership
Experience within the Retail Sector and advantage.
