IMCD South Africa is looking for a dependable, talented person to provide an appropriate level of support to the sales activities of the business, by ensuring that there is adequate visibility to the business on all critical business processes. This includes managing all aspects of the Company's demand planning requirements. Acting as backup for implementing and maintaining all local SalesForce and JDE initiatives and training all staff thereon.

You are very computer literate, with knowledge of fundamentals of demand driver material resource planning.
You have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong training and presentation skills
The position is responsible for:
Ensuring all relevant staff have adequate training in the use of B2W, managing and maintaining data integrity within JDE and B2W, approving all B2W orders within JDE, continuous review of all processes to streamline business activities.
Distribution Network Planning: formulate and maintain a distribution network to ensure the correct stock is in the correct region to support sales requirements.
Business analyst: Design and maintain BI reports, which provides visibility to the business on identified stress points.
JDE & SalesForce Assistance: Backup to the Digital Transformation Manager on all aspects JDE and SalesForce.
Team support: Keep up to date with all current and upcoming projects, fully back up your nominated support buddy whilst they are on leave.
Continuous training on all relevant applications.
Expected Qualification/Education:
A tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain, with emphasis on project management, business analysis and interpreting relevant reports.
Work Experience:
5 years+ proven experience in a similar field with emphasis on demand planning.
Primary Job Location:
This position will be situated at 275 Oak Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg and will report into the Supply Chain Manager.
Travel:
Minimal - as and when required
