Full Time (Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm)

:

Checking, packing, delivery and payment of orders directly to the customer (via walking and bicycle). Ensuring that orders are delivered to the customer as quickly as possible whilst providing friendly and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Checking orders to ensure that they are correct and complete Packing orders for delivery Delivering orders to customers as quickly as possible and returning to collect more orders Greeting customers and completing transactions in a friendly and professional manner Managing cash and card payments Keeping delivery section well stocked Cleaning, care and maintenence of bicycle: Communicate regularly with management and promptly bring to their attention any issues or repairs that are required Packing out/away of tables and chairs When not on deliveries, other duties will include assisting in the kitchen with dishes, basic food prep, cleaning and other basic duties Working with and communicating well with others as a team

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Must be able to Speak, Read & Write English well (Afrikaans & Xhosa are beneficial) Must be able to ride a bicycle Must be able to handle money responsibly Must have basic math skills in order to calculate and give correct change Strong verbal communication skills
