Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of projects across the Ironclad practice portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives. The Delivery Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and uphold governance standards to drive consistent delivery excellence.
Responsibilities:

Program Governance & Delivery:

Own the delivery of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through to completion. Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure projects adhere to governance frameworks, reporting standards, and quality benchmarks. Work closely with the Practice Director to ensure projects teams are sufficiently staffed and skilled to deliver excellent services.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery across business, technical, and leadership teams. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations. Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and decision-making forums.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in project or delivery management, ideally within technology, consulting, or transformation environments. Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and governance frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business, and change. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello) and reporting platforms.
