Purpose of the Job
- To conduct deli training at our deli training school and stores. xe2x80xa2To design a profitable business model and ensure implementation thereof. xe2x80xa2To ensure national deli policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. xe2x80xa2To ensure implementation of and adherence to the Food safety and Hygiene procedures and policies. xe2x80xa2Efficiently manage the deli training school. xe2x80xa2To provide exception input regarding maintenance of equipment. xe2x80xa2To provide input and suggestions regarding deli lay-out and equipment.

Essential: Matric or a qualification equivalent to a National Senior certificate
Desirable: xe2x80xa2 Fresh foods qualification xe2x80xa2 Accredited facilitator/ assessor
Experience
Essential: Minimum 5 years fresh foods / deli experience
Desirable: Fresh foods management experience
Knowledge and Skills
Essential: xe2x80xa2 Business management principles xe2x80xa2 Financial management principles
Desirable: xe2x80xa2 Cost accounting xe2x80xa2 Food manufacturing principles
