Job Description
Deli manager/manageress required for busy supermarket in Lorraine. Must have a minimum of 5 years in the food hospitality industry / supermarket deli environment. The successful candidate would be required to lead a team of 7 kitchen staff, keep control of food costings and maintain a set monthly gross profit margin. This would be monitored through monthly departmental stock takes. Knowledge of a wide variety of hot and cold foods, desserts, etc, would be an added advantage.
