Delegate Sales Executive

motivated Delegate Sales Executive

to join our growing team and help expand our reach across our portfolio of world-class events.

As part of the Delegate Sales team, you'll play a key role in connecting industry leaders with the opportunities, insights, and networks that drive progress. You'll be responsible for selling delegate packages, engaging prospective attendees, and ensuring they gain maximum value from their participation.

Key Responsibilities

Sell delegate packages for VUKA Group events to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and engage potential clients through research, outreach, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat attendance. Collaborate closely with marketing and event teams to align sales strategies with event campaigns. Develop tailored and persuasive sales pitches that speak to each client's needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM systems. Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, ideally within the

events or conference industry

. Demonstrated ability to

consistently achieve or exceed

sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools (experience with

HubSpot

is a plus). Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A

self-starter

with a passion for connecting people and driving results.

Pay: R17000,00 - R18000,00 per month
