Salary:
R15 000p/m
Description:
Assume responsibility for the full debtorxe2x80x99s clerk function for this property management company and ensure that all debts owed are collected within the stipulated timeframes. Provide support to the Finance Department.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Arrears and Debt Collection
Daily receipting, billing, and accuracy of records
Reporting
Legal matters
Additional Tasks as and when required
Criteria:
Matric Qualification
A Diploma or equivalent in the Accounting or Finance field
2 - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Debtors Clerk role
Pastel skills
MS Excel advanced skills
MDA software skills advantageous
Property/real estate sector experience advantageous
