You will provide overall debtors control, which includes processing in Opera, debtors invoices, credit notes, payments and monthly statements as well as the monitoring of all outstanding accounts. assist with other administration work when needed for the group.

As our Debtors Clerk, you will provide professional accounting and financial management services, enabling the business to optimise its financial performance. Part of your role will be to manage our financial resources and to provide the necessary financial information to various internal and external stakeholders.

Along with a Finance-related Tertiary Qualification, you have 3 years experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market establishment with a background in reconciliations and Opera.

You present yourself in a neat and professional manner, but also possess impeccable communication skills. Your ability to maintain composure under stress is equally crucial, as is your talent for meticulous problem analysis, which enables you to dissect challenges and devise effective solutions.

Furthermore, your drive for results ensures that you are a goal-oriented individual who persistently pursues high standards of success, while your keen eye for detail assures that no aspect of a task is overlooked, guaranteeing excellence and precision in everything you do.
