As a Debtors Clerk, your role will be central to helping maintain the companyxe2x80x99s finances. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the collection of all outstanding debtors, reconciling and allocating debtors accounts, updating and maintains the debtors accounts, sending weekly and monthly statements, preparing monthly debtors reports, and managing payment terms. By providing valuable support to the finance team, youxe2x80x99ll make a significant contribution to the companyxe2x80x99s continued success!

You should have the following qualifications: Firstly, a minimum Matric certificate. Additionally, at least 1 year of practical bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Proficiency in MS Office is highly valued. Moreover, exceptional attention to detail, fantastic analytical skills and excellent communications abilities are prerequisites for excelling in this role.
