Debtors Clerk
Job Description
A well-established Insurance agency, specializing in detailed packages tailored to suit their vast client base, is looking for an equally skilled and innovative Debtors Clerk to join their fast-paced finance team based in Paarl.
Your role's purpose will be the timeous collection of the group debtorsxe2x80x99 books to optimize cash flow, minimise risk and reduce outstanding debtors books to an acceptable level. You will also need to ensure that the company policies and procedures are adhered to in respect of handling debtor accounts and to timeously alert the management to potential collection problems.
Education:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 3 years consistent experience in Debtors
- Experience with Pastel Evolution beneficial
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
- Deadline driven
- Meticulous organisational and time management skills
