Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Debtors Management

  • Prepare and process debtor invoices
  • Run monthly debtor statements
  • Follow up promptly on outstanding payments, short payments, and deductions
  • Resolve internal and external queries timeously
  • Maintain accurate records and filing in line with finance policies
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all financial data
Costing Support
  • Provide data for cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations
  • Process costing data on relevant systems
  • Support the Commercial Manager with stock pricing and sales analysis
Stock Processing
  • Capture and manage stock data
  • Extract stock information to support costing processes
General Finance Admin
  • Provide reception relief when required
  • Assist with financial audits
  • Support the export team with permits and administrative tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance & Admin Manager
Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
  • Proven experience using SAGE / Pastel
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 16:00
  • No weekend or public holiday work
