Purpose of the Job
Responsible for the management and leadership of Red star wholesale catering services and Cash and carry department and staff in order to optimise the cash flow and workflow, minimise risk, and control the outstanding debtors book efficiently. This role is furthermore responsible for
ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to in respect of handling debtor accounts, as well as timeously alert management of potential collection and staff related problems.

Managing the debtors account reconciliations
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Managing debtors files and supporting documentation
Daily/weekly/monthly reporting to management on outstanding debt, legal fees, and clearing of accounts
Continuously engage with debtors and staff in a professional manner
Timeously resolve outstanding debtors, and staff queries
Distribution of debtors statements
Managing and approving of journals, limit changes and documents send to clients
Qualifications
Diploma / NQF level 6 Essential
Bachelors Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7
Experience
5 Years experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills
Debtors accounts management and reconciliations
