A well established company in Kenilworth, Cape Town is looking to employ an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the sales department.

POSITION INFO:

Developing, and leading a team of Sales Agents Optimizing sales and conversions. Delivering success against KPI targets through strong team management Establishing an encouraging learning environment that motivates agents. Daily coaching, mentoring, and objections management Overseeing agent compliance in line with best industry practices. Strategizing and implementing sales strategies to increase client pipeline Performance management Present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expenses to the management team. Daily engagement with Senior Management on the progress of consultants. Managing and encouraging the team of consultants to achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs Manage consultants'' performance and growth. Dealing with conflict and resolving internal issues. Manage, lead, and develop a team of senior consultants to grow skills. Deliver 100% success against KPI targets through strong Team building Establish and encourage a learning environment that motivates agents daily. Data and lead management. Organizing and conducting team meetings Mentoring staff according to requirements Identify emerging markets and stay informed about new products and competition.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a successful senior sales representative or sales manager in the Debt Review industry

Strong communication, influencing, and people management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R7500,00 - R12500,00 per month
