About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced

Credit Solutions Specialists

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit repair or debt review, with a proven track record in sales and client acquisition. Your role will be pivotal in educating clients, improving their financial health, and guiding them through tailored credit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Acquisition

Conduct a needs analysis and offer the appropriate credit repair solution Proactively engage with potential clients to explain the benefits and processes of our credit repair services. Manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of leads; follow up with prospects to drive conversions. Upsell complementary financial products .

Client Consultation and Support

Conduct needs assessments to offer personalized credit solutions aligned with client goals. Educate clients on their rights, credit scores, and how to maintain healthy credit. Build long-term client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.

Administrative and Technical Duties

Competent and experienced dialler capabilities. Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA) and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Experience:

Essential : Sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have a minimum 3 years of experience in credit repair, debt review, financial services

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the NCA, credit bureaus, credit providers, and consumer rights.

Sales Acumen:

Ability to close deals while educating clients about the value of credit repair and financial wellness.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication; must be able to explain complex credit concepts in a clear, empathetic manner. Multi-lingual candidates are preferred.

Tech Proficiency:

Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant financial software.

Motivated and Target-Driven:

Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in credit counselling, debt management, or related fields Experience in a regulated financial environment Multilingual communication abilities (e.g., English plus one or more South African languages)
