Your job is to assess client needs, explain available options clearly, and secure enrolments into our debt relief programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact pre-qualified leads and conduct consultations via phone or virtual meetings
Evaluate client financial situations and recommend appropriate debt relief solutions
Present and explain program details, benefits, terms, and next steps
Build trust and rapport quickly to guide prospects through decision-making
Close enrollments confidently and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Follow compliance protocols and regulatory guidelines at all times
Meet or exceed monthly closing targets and KPIs
Collaborate with managers and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate records in IDOCs and other sales tracking systems
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales or closing roles (preferably in debt relief, financial services, or similar industries)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, empathetic manner
Self-motivated with a results-driven mind-set
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic understanding of consumer debt, credit scores, and debt relief programs
(training provided)
Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a strong plus
Preferred Experience:
6 Months in sales or closing roles, preferably in debt settlement, credit repair, loan modification, or financial services
Experience using IDOCS
