Job Summary : Late-Stage Debt Collection Agent Employer: Tshiqi Zebediela Inc. Location: Gauteng Employment Type: Contract Position Overview Tshiqi Zebediela Inc. seeks highly skilled and motivated Late-Stage Debt Collection Agents to support its debt collection projects. The role requires individuals with a strong background in finance, legal compliance, and debt recovery/credit control. Successful candidates will perform collection activities strictly under established governance, processes, and policies, while employed and managed by Tshiqi Zebediela Inc. Key Responsibilities oConduct late-stage debt collection activities in line with approved procedures and compliance frameworks. oEngage debtors professionally through calls, correspondence, and other approved communication channels. oNegotiate and manage repayment arrangements, ensuring alignment with existing policies. oSupport enforcement actions where necessary, working cases through to finalisation. oMaintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation on case management systems. oMeet daily/weekly collection KPIs as set by the employer. oCollaborate with client officials and Tshiqi Zebediela Inc.'s management for dual oversight. oUphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements oNQF Level 6 Finance qualification or Diploma in Paralegal Studies/law diploma. oAt least 2-3 years' experience in debt collection, credit control, or legal.
