About the role
Process all disability claims and maintain communication between
underwriters, employers, members, and treating medical professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records on disability claims.
- Keep relevant departments informed and updated on claims progress weekly.
- Write weekly reports.
- Communicate with underwriters and medical professionals on the claims progress.
- Process disability and disability death claims on the system.
- South African unemployed YOUTH aged between 18 and 34
- Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
- Grade 12
- Minimum of One to Two years experience
- Certificate of Proficiency 1
- National Diploma in Business Administration
- Computer Literacy
- Team Player
- Numerical Understanding
- Customer Service Skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to Detail
